IntoBodmin Halloween Parade 2021

Jasmine was asked by IntoBodmin to design and make two large scale lanterns to be used in the Bodmin Halloween Parade. Designs were inspired by Cornish imagery, non-religious depictions of a Sun King and Moon Queen, in order to tell a narrative written by the IntoBodmin team. The parade was held outside, meaning the lanterns were made fit for Cornish Autumn.

In the lead up to this event Jasmine also ran free community workshops where families could come and make small carry lanterns.
